Experience Profile
Our experiences are wide and cover many aspects of business improvement. We have developed support frameworks and delivered change programmes for sectors, regions and on behalf of international governments. Here are just 2 examples:
1) Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) – Support to implement best business practice (SIBBP) - we have developed a performance diagnostic system and trained over 400 advisers to deliver strategic improvement to over 10,000 SME across many business sectors
2) Promoting Innovation - this programme, delivered in the West Midlands, has suppored over 2,000 companies in the process of innovation, and in stimulating new product and service development. In addition, sustainability has been key, with Innovation Champions developed within each participant company.
